NACCHO First Nations Health Worker Traineeship Program

On Friday, 6th December, we were proud to celebrate the graduation of nine (9) outstanding staff members who have successfully completed qualifications through the NACCHO First Nations Health Worker Traineeship Program.
This incredible program is empowering the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) sector to grow a skilled, job-ready Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce.

Congratulations to our amazing graduates:

Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Practice:

Certificate IV in Mental Health:

- Natalie Little.
 

Over the past 6-12 months, our team has been supported by Marr Mooditj, gaining not only technical skills but vital cultural and community-centered knowledge. These trainees have shown great dedication, resilience and have supported each other through every challenge. 

Their commitment to their studies and the health and wellbeing of their communities is truly inspiring! We can’t wait to see what the future holds for them.
