On Tuesday 8th April, MKAC had the privilege of welcoming community into our brand-new Armadale site for the first time. While not our official clinic launch, this Community Day marked a special milestone and what a powerful day it was.
We were joined by local Elders, community members, and key service partners to walk through the space, share stories, and begin building the relationships that will shape this site moving forward.
This day was a reminder of who we are and why we do what we do:
Walking alongside community
Creating culturally safe spaces
Holding true to the One Stop Shop model that’s long defined MKAC
To everyone who came, yarned, shared a meal, and helped bring this space to life — thank you. Your presence has set the tone for everything that’s to come. We’re just getting started.
